Need some triangles today?

I seem to be a little triangle obsessed lately, and I’m just now realizing it’s been brewing for a while – at least since March when I started this Little Tents quilt idea in the Love Circle of the do. Good Stitches charity quilt bee.

I finished the top over the weekend, but I might not get to the quilting for another month or so as I multitask on projects. Till then, I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!

Little Tents

And! I need to announce winners of the two bundles from my Jaftex 85th Anniversary Celebration Giveaway! Katy M and Vickie H won bundles of 10 Peppered Cotton fat quarters from StudioE, and I’ll get those brights and neutrals out to you as soon as you email your addresses. Thank you to everyone who entered the giveaway both here and on Jaftex’s main site!

Have a delightful week!

When I see other people doing improv blocks I am so envious. I love the look, but somehow struggle myself with getting the result. The navy background is just lovely!

    Greetings from Germany!

Triangles are so great!  Can’t wait to see how you quilt this one.  it’s kind of itching for some sort of starry night quilting motif.

YOur quilt reminds me of Van Gogh’s Starry NIght. The yellow peeking out from among the blue is a happy note. I have the urge to play with triangles now too. Just saw a wonky triangle quilt on 24  blocks that I have to try.

I love your color scheme and design ! I am “circle obsessed” at the moment, but when it is over I will probably move to triangles 😉
